Hone relies on in-home blood drop/strip tests. Some will argue that blood drop testing is unreliable and that a full blood draw is needed. Hone is on-line through an app. You mail your in-home blood drop test to a lab in San Diego. I had an on-line Zoom consultation with a health care provider in Utah 10 days later. All done very professionally. Very faceless and impersonal. I found a men's health clinic near my home, pricy $300 per month, but worth it for the personal service. In my first visit they did a brief physical and consultation, a blood draw, and lab work while I waited. Then, based on my lab results they made a recommendation to treat my low T symptoms. I came back two days later for my first injection of T Cypionate. Since, I've done self injection IM, very easy. If I email or text them, I get a very quick response. I'm 64, live in Los Angeles. I'm 5'10", 170lbs, very clean diet, exercise vigorously 5 days a week, little alchohol, no drugs recreational or medicinal. My symptoms are low motivation-drive, low libido-poor erections, unable to build muscle or burn fat. Both my total and free were below the range. SHBG and Estradiol E2 both mid range. RBC and WBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit, PSA were normal. I inject twice weekly 60mg of 200/10 10MG/ML cypionate. My 1 month blood work is next week, already have noticed increased drive, better and more frequent erections, and I'm horny all of the time. Some would argue placebo effect. I'll take it. May 2024

@@CinnabarCalisthenics When I go to Korean restaurants, some of them are very unhealthy due to MSG, Sodium, and fat content. Some of the BBQ restaurants have delicacies like cow intestines which is known to cause heart problems. But home mode korean i would agree is good for you.

i weight around 86kg and can dip around twice my bw (160kg in total) and can overhead press almost 75kg and also i train straight arm raises and i can do full abb wheel role out but seems I'm no where near the tuck planche what is wrong? (btw my arms are not that long and i have really big legs)

It's a bit more to setup though, you need rings or bar to hold onto, buy your own weighted vest, get a platform in place. The best exercise is the one you'll do and the barbell is more accessible

Yeah, definitely. I see tons of people using them online, men and women, and haven't seen any complaints. They're bigger than other bars I've used but I wouldn't consider them to be too big to be useful.
