It seems like you are the innocent victim in a power struggle between your dept head and the purchasing manager regarding the coffee. When watching the first part it was very clear that that you are not being intellectually stimulated by your job. Your degree would have involved lots of research so data analyst could be a possible career and your previous job at the airport was very administrative so a career in that field might be better too. In some cases after a few years you could get enough experience at either to go freelance and work from home in Bulacan so reduing the stress and expense of being in the city.

And how long are the police and barangay clearances valid for? I would think that many of the requirements could be completed before the interview stage so that companies don't waste time and resources interviewing people who cannot be employed.
