Something I found helpful while I was starting to learn how to pronounce the names of grapes and regions is free 🆓 online application Forvo. Write the word you want the pronunciation for, and it will give you a button that you press and it pronounce the word in local accent and English. Stay Thirsty and Wise

You will notice that European wines, in this case Vouvray, are named by the location (region or smaller subregions), and not by the grapes as in wine regions outside Europe. To answer your question, Vouvray is the name of the appellation/village that is made by Chenin Blanc grape. Please let me know if this is clear. Stay Thirsty and Wise

Brunello is not a village as far as I know but Montalcino. Brunello comes from "Bruno" (any shade of brown, normally applied to hair or skin) greetings and thanks for your videos, very useful!

@@kasunchamilka3304 Apennines mountains run through Italy from north of Tuscany to Sicily. These mountains are the most important factor affecting climate in Italy. Close to the sea regions are warmer, closer to the mountain gets cold. This is very important to understand for WSET L3 course. Great question. Stay Thirsty and Wise.

@@sagarbenur5984 really depends on your situation. WSET recommends total of around 30h of study time. This includes classroom guidance from the WSET school and private study time. So, if you are just preparing for the exam for 7 days, it could be possible. I would recommend 1 month with normal daily 8h work day.
