Excellent response. Unfortunately the sede groups don’t believe that Catholics who attend the NO mass are even Catholic, which is pretty shameful.

Rules and regulations are just that, rules and regulations. When were they set and who set them? Just like the Special Operations community of the military. Not everyone who wants to be a member is qualified to become a member.

@@kevinphillips150 yes but the church is not a merely a military but a hospital. Therefore fellow catholics should be treated like patients needing emergency care not like recruitments from a foreign country.

SSPX and their adherents are entrenched in their makeshift chapels and their own church building fortifications defending the faith against the novus ordo onslaught, and yet SSPX enterprise is hellbent on defending that the novus ordo counterfeit church of Vatican II false religion is Catholic and Jorge Bergolio is their commander in chief. There is no such thing as novus ordo catholic just as malewoman thing doesn't exist.

Many Protestants will say, “but Mary and your saints are dead. They can’t be mediators.” What they don’t accept is that those in Heaven are NOT dead. They think only of the physical aspect of death, putting man on the same level as animals. They do not know or accept the dogma of the Church, triumphant, militant, and suffering. They see the Church as only an earthly, human-made institution that God somehow causes man to form into the various literal groups by inspiration of the Holy Ghost. If their church is God-inspired in her founding, how then, is it not eternal? They don’t take time or effort to think it out to its logical conclusion. They also do not believe in Mary’s Immaculate Conception, in her perpetual virginity, or in her Assumption. They will cite the story of the poor beggar Lazarus and the rich man. Lazarus dies and goes to Heaven, whereas the stingy rich man dies and goes to Hell. He petitions Abraham to give him just a drop water. When this is denied, he begs Abraham to send someone to his wicked brothers still on earth to warn them so they don’t come to Hell. Abraham replies there is already ample warning in Moses and the prophets, and that even if one like Lazarus returns from the dead to warn them, alluding to Christ’s coming Resurrection, they will not believe, because there is “a great gulf affixed” between that no one can go from one place to the other. Most Protestants believe that “great gulf” means no one can go from Heaven or Hell to earth. In fact, the great gulf is between Heaven and Hell, Hell to Heaven. It does not refer to a barrier from Heaven or Hell to earth! After all, did not Our Lord Himself pass between Heaven and earth? What about on the Mount of Transfiguration? How is it that after the Crucifixion, graves were opened and the souls of the deceased appeared to many in and around Jerusalem? Are there not many extra-Biblical instances of the deceased, in Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory appearing on earth to certain Saints? I have a close relative who, as a girl of nine, her great grandmother appeared to her requesting three Masses and telling her to have no fear in claiming the bedroom as her own. This was not a person prone to making up stories or imagining such things. She never again had any visions or locutions although she lived to age 98. Nobody in the family believed her or insisted it was just a dream. The three Masses were said because she gathered up enough courage to tell the priest of whom she was terrified about it. Fr. Roecks offered the Masses and she knew he’d done so because from then on, she slept well in the bedroom, whereas before, she had not. If there is no communication from beyond to earth, where did great grandma come from? My guess is that she was in Purgatory. Whether she appeared in body or as a ghost, God knows.

But because of free will, we can reject the grace of God. God does not force anyone to accept him. Hell is real and unfortunately many choose the wide path that leads to destruction.

For Catholics when the pope speaks, Christ speaks. Recognize and resist is schismatic. It is a human response to the present crisis that abandons Catholic teaching to co-exist with the new religion.
