Really enjoy the content I’ve been chasing a silver chinook for a few years now in the same area never fished them from a boat but gonna try this year my cousin actually suggested you as someone to check out when it comes to getting these beauties!!!!

Those were some giant barracudas. Great job fighting them and making the video. The locals in the Bahamas eat them, they gave me a piece and it was delicious. Do you know if the locals in Cuba eat them? You have to be careful in certain places because of ciguatera poisoning. Awesome video! Keep creating.

They do for sure! I too enjoy some barracuda slabs. I have heard of the ciguatera poison as well I guess if you're close to coral reef it's more of a concern but hard to say I'm sure those fish can put on miles fast. Haven't had an issue yet tho. Smoked a few last year as well and they were a huge hit 👌

The next time your reel spool is locked up tight from the weight of the fish bend at your knees, that will give you the slack in your line you need to push the button to free spool
