Why don't they build good roads and wider roads. This make people sad
@TasteofSouthSudan
@TasteofSouthSudan 12 күн бұрын
The city originaly had 1 way roads going to and fro. Car ownership was sparse. Population growth came later but city planning is not keeping up with development

Thanks for the video. I just saw on I think it was NBC 8 San Diego News that UCSD just completed a couple studies showing that black eyed pea plants have a virus on them which is harmless to humans and animals, but is curing several kinds of cancer completely. It’s a new news report. I’m curious, can u eat these leaves raw? What kind of black eyed peas should I by in the West to have edible leaves. I’m sure cooking them would cook the cancer killing virus off. I want to eat them for prevention due to genetic mutation increasing my risk. Can u eat the stem too? Or only the leaves. If I throw a few in with a smoothie, will it give stomach upset, or be okay?

I cannot verify the cancer or non-cancer protection of these leaves. I can just say they are full of fiber, low glycemic content, and high in antioxidant properties. The variety of black eyed peas we have in African is different from the American variety, the peas themselves are smaller and the leaves are smaller in size. That being said, both varieties have leaves that are fibrous and not recommended to be eaten raw. We do not eat the stem, it is hard and fibrous. I tried planting the American black eyed peas variety and and the leaves were far more harsh and did not taste the same to be edible. And if you notice we add Kombo, or Sodium Bicarbonate to our black eyed leaves during the cooking process to soften the hard cellulose fiber.

That works. For better smoky authentic flavor bake your potatoes in a bring oven or over a charcoal grill. When the outside starts crackling then the inside is cooked.
