Hello and listen to me and do not ignore my comments Dennis Tamayo, most animated tv series with many every numerous all episodes not made by Disney and not made by Hanna-Barbera in all around the world in the 1980s through the 1990s through the 2000s-present still using the entirely synthetic computerized current digital ink-and-paint animation program process on computers, digital images, digital compositing, digital video file, video cassette recorder, all animation studios, high-resolution output device, computer softwares including Toon Boom Harmony, Animo, RETAS, USAnimation, Toonz (OpenToonz), TV Paint, Pegs n Co, Metrolight Studios, CAPS, Adobe Flash (currently Adobe Animate) and more, digital computer systems, videos, videotapes, 3d computer graphics, 3d cel shading effects and computer monitorized graphic tablets during through 1980 through 1981 through 1982 through 1983 through 1984 through 1985 through 1986 through 1987 through 1988 through 1989 through 1990 through 1991 through 1992 through 1993 through 1994 through 1995 through 1996 through 1997 through 1998 through 1999 through 2000 through 2001 through 2002 through 2003 through 2004 through 2005 through 2006 through 2007 through 2008 through 2009 through 2010 through 2011 through 2012 through 2013 through 2014 through 2015 through 2016 through 2017 through 2018 through 2019 through 2020 through 2021 through 2022 through 2023 through 2024 through present through now though onwards through forever and let it know that the current digital ink-and-paint process is the same of traditional ink and paint until after the animation drawings are completed; instead of being transferred to never to cels and never to camera including not to animation rostrum camera and never to film and never to flashy lights and never to film gauges and never to film formats and never to xerography and never to cue marks and never to camera wobbly shakes, and never to flashy dots and never to traditional ink and paint animation, and never to cel animation, and never to film prints and never to film gauges and never to flashing dots and never to camera shakes and never to cel shadows and never to telecine wobbles and never to paintbrush strokes and never to wobbly cels and never to 16mm, and never to 35mm and never to more, the animators‘ drawings are scanned into a computer and drawn directly onto a computer monitor via graphic tablets by letting the writing and the storyboarding needs to be worked, and the animation and the frames needs to be moving and worked and the animatic needs more improvements and the design, the timing, and the layout needs to be formed out on posing, appearances and gesture and the model sheets needs to be turn around and the lip movements could work, where they are digitally colored and processed using a digital paintbrush and digital pencil line drawings and one and or more of a variety of software packages with more software tools to purchase, and the resulting drawings are digitally composited in the computer over their respective background to import the scans and the images, which also been scanned into the computer if it is digitally painted and how fast it is and it’s flexibility to allow artists to change colors, and being project managed and being digital rendered and being pencil tested and being scanned and being composited on many digital vector bitmap images and on digital palettes and on many digital modules to the start, and the computers outputs the final video or videotape by exporting a digital video file and using a video cassette recorder and using a high-resolution output device, and use of computers allows for easier exchange of artwork between departments, studios, and even countries and continents (in most low-budget American animated productions, the bulk of the animation is actually done by animators working in other countries, including South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore, Mexico, India, Canada, Philippines, and more), as the cost of both digitally inking and digitally painting new cels for animated films and TV programs and the repeated usage of older cels for newer animated TV programs and films went up and the cost of doing the same thing digitally went down, eventually, the digital ink-and-paint process became the standard for future animated movies and TV programs. Well, agree with me please right now. Because most animated tv series with many every numerous all episodes not made by Disney and not made by Hanna-Barbera in all around the world in the 1980s through the 1990s through the 2000s-present still using the entirely computerized current digital ink-and-paint animation program process on computers, digital images, digital compositing, digital video file, video cassette recorder, all animation studios, high-resolution output device, computer softwares including Toon Boom Harmony, Animo, RETAS, USAnimation, Toonz (OpenToonz), TV Paint, Pegs n Co, Metrolight Studios, CAPS, Adobe Flash (currently Adobe Animate) and more, digital computer systems, videos, videotapes, and computer monitorized graphic tablets during in 1980 and through 1981 and through 1982 and through 1983 and through 1984 and through 1985 and through 1986 and through 1987 and through 1988 and through 1989 and through 1990 and through 1991 and through 1992 and through 1993 and through 1994 and through 1995 and through 1996 and through 1997 and through 1998 and through 1999 and through 2000 and through 2001 and through 2002 and through 2003 and through 2004 through 2005 through 2006 through 2007 through 2008 through 2009 through 2010 through 2011 through 2012 through 2013 through 2014 through 2015 through 2016 through 2017 through 2018 through 2019 through 2020 through 2021 through 2022 through 2023 through 2024 through present through now though onwards through forever.

The animation of the star twirling forward to reveal Popeye tooting his pipe and the Popeye the Sailor title had opened every theatrical Popeye cartoon since they went full-time to color in 1943. Here it just comes from the Hearst logo instead of Paramount's.

finally i know what they are saying after all these years! "gotta get a tea!" when I was a kid I thought they were saying "water eye tees" whatever that means.... when I got older and thought about it again I figured they were really saying "4th of July tees!" since thats what they are so it would make way more sense! now I know it wasnt even that! heh!
