The environment really plays a huge role in my life too, especially as an introvert. I totally get the desire to stay home as I get older! But things like hiking, traveling, and being with like-minded people, especially my family, help me break out of my shell. This past year, I spent a lot of time building my family tree, and it was life-changing to learn about my roots. Thanks for the tips!

The insights on why we feel stuck really resonated with me, especially the point about needing to realign our goals with our current values. The three practical tips you shared are so helpful-I’m definitely going to try the 'small wins' approach to regain some momentum. Thanks for breaking it down so clearly!

hey man i'm from australia too and love your content! i like your new video style where you do a bit more vlogs incorporating your chores and home with natural lighting! i wanted to ask about your content creation process.. do you edit your videos by yourself or outsourced? because i know you have a full time job as well so how are you dealing with content creation on the side?
@thefailedfounder
@thefailedfounder Күн бұрын
Thanks! I do my own editing for now. Since I’m only putting out one video a week it’s manageable. I feel like I need to edit it myself to figure out the story I want to tell and any broll I need to capture. At least till i figure out my style!

It's great to see you improving your videos every time keep up the good work. However, have you changed the set (shooting at night?) has made you come across as calmer and clearer. Though after you change to the daytime clips it does feel darker, a light of some sort might help. As I said before I love the location, I think it could be great to help build a recognizable brand. Examples of similar examples would be the joe organ experience set or Dr Mike isretel (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/l9RllqmC0tPNqmQ.html). He does informational content like yourself in a different context. I don't know what would work for you but many moving off center and using the wall behind to write on. As I said im not sure what would be best but playing around with the set could build your recognisable image, similar to how most big KZfaqrs can be recognised by their editing or sets. As always I appreciate the advice, I can't wait to see more!

That’s some really cool advice! It’s a bit darker because I’m shooting in my garage and closed the door this time to feel a bit “safer and less self conscious” when shooting haha. I’ll improve the lighting somehow. Yes I love your idea of playing with the set - will try that somehow, since it’s brick I can write with chalk on the wall, I’ll give that a go soon. Most of my videos are impulsive and I shoot the day of the idea 💡 I’ll start planning a bit more which should give room for more dynamic ideas and help me build a brand - really appreciate you putting effort into this feedback 🫡

Engaging in a hobby can be an excellent way to achieve small successes and take a break from work. Often, we become so immersed in our jobs that we work excessively and start to lose effectiveness. Working more than 50 hours a week frequently leads to diminishing returns due to fatigue and frustration.

New Zealand is definitely on the bucket list! Beautiful place. The point of breaking that lost feeling through a hobby resonates with me. A hobby is a great way to score some successes and pull away from the job. Sometimes we are so stubborn that we work so much that we become ineffective. Over 50 hours a week is usually diminishing marginal returns due to fatigue and frustration. Work smart not hard. Great video! Love being a part of your channel.
