I'm not sure what is available for the later generations of Versa. Check eBay or some classifieds for what is available for the 2015. You can swap assemblies.

Important: Only works if the pressure on the hood (location of the louvers) is lower than the pressure in front of the radiator -> e.g. close to the windshield, the pressure might be higher, leading to even worse cooling capacity

I have two different videos for the HUD bezel. One part is from AMT Custom Designs and they have a website to order from. I also have that part for sale as I took it off after making the video. My second video uses a bezel from RPFC5 on eBay. He also has a website, but last I checked eBay was cheaper.

No. It's just a mounting hole. It's not open.

When I bought the car it had the bolt plugged into the hose on the crossover pipe. Do you think the smog pump was removed?

@anthonycarranza8342 It might have been. If it was removed from the engine, the belt would be shorter or the pump could have been bypassed. It's usually on the passenger side below the alternator. You might see if it's there on yours.

AMT Custom Designs made the one in this video. I removed it after installation and then installed a bezel from RPFC5, which is still on my car. You can find them on EBay from RPFC5. AMT has their own website, and I think I put their link in the video description. I do have a separate video for the second bezel installation, plus a comparison between the two.

Product works but you MUST do these things 1) 160-170 thermostat 2) *(VERY IMPORTANT) Get a tune where your fans kick on at 170 degrees 3) MUST use in distilled water ONLY!! 4) Burp the car so theres no air pockets

My 2012 JCW Mini Cooper runs up to 230 too. My hubbies 2017 230i BMW runs hotter at 234. Its all about economy now and I really dont like it either. I tried Redline Water Wetter and it made no difference. My last option is to fit a separate electrical fan on my Cooper and push air through the radiator from the front side and I'll have it set to a switch inside my car and I'll turn them on when I want to like in town or idling. Problem is, every fan is about 2.5 inches thick and I only have room for a 1 3/4 inch. Which means I can only use the room at the top or bottom of the radiator because of a crash bar in the middle. I can fit three 5" motorcycle fans in a row horizontally which I think will still help a lot. Big job getting my fan shroud off though arrrgggg.

I had to eventually replace the radiator due to the plastic tanks starting to weep coolant. I replaced it with a larger aluminum radiator and added water wetter also. It stays around the 200-205 range more, but if it sits long enough it will still creep to 225-230 for the fans to turn on. It does take a while to get used to it running hotter than expected.

Wear bars are at 2/32nds and tires lose water displacement at 4/32nds. I would go with the quarter unless I live in Arizona

Yes, it should have fluid whether CVT, automatic, or manual. If you can't find it from a local dealer, I know Amazon carries it. I'm not sure how to find it outside of the USA.

Hi I just installed the RPF C5 hud cover everything came out great except the right side towards the steering wheel (where the crack is) lift any idea how I can fix this I followed the instructions to a tee and even used the paper towel roll. If I push it down it will,move down but not stay any help would be appreciated

Yes, it would. Or washing it. Some have made covers for washing the car with hood vents installed. I never drove this car in the rain and was cautious when washing it.

About 2 hours total. Figure about 1.5 hours to change the foam and upholstery and 30 minutes to pull the seat and later put it back in the Suburban.

I haven't gotten any farther than the idea and mockup. I wanted to find a separate bumper to cut up, but haven't found one cheap enough that I felt good about taking a saw to. I found another KZfaq channel (Tofu Auto Works) that did similar lighting on a Miata and I found a good controller in the US that can make the lights work as needed to meet DOT guidelines. It's still on my "want to do" list for the future.

Weird request, and i pray you read this. I am trying to take on the same project with some other leathery(ish) material i have, but without seam-ripping my current boot. Would you be able to accurately describe the sewing template/patch sizes of the blackandblue boot so i can cut them out? Above and beyond would be sending a photo of them layed out like you had with rulers on X and Y axis so i can copy your process. Any help is appreciated! Product looks great, reminds me of my old gti

I want mid to high blue book and either want to sell, or trade, or auction it off but, if I read it correctly, Washington State doesn't allow private owners to raffle off their vehicles. 😡😣

It looks like you need to buy a license, keep paperwork after the raffle, and potentially pay taxes (both state and federal). I'd look at Bring A Trailer, Cars and Bids, eBay Motors, and other sites to see if any of those would be better for you. A local enthusiast to me down here in Oregon listed on Being A Trailer a couple months ago and did well. He had a Landcruiser with a GM swap (kind of similar to your CJ).

Patch adhesive is more jelly-like than this when I used it last. This stuff is like super glue. It's very liquid.

@BasinMotorsports Thanks I ended up using 401 glue, it's on ebay for like $2/ bottle. Smells like superglue, and seems to be working perfectly. I would have thought something more flexible would be better as it's on the sidewall.

Looks good. I wondered if maybe the "top" section was going to fall a bit short of the shifter ball since the console was not fully seated/installed during the test fit. My hands are somewhat large so having the shifter boot top lower than the shifter ball would work fine for me. I may try to do this with my Mustang's shifter boot.

It was shorter than I expected, but fit OK when I tested it. I have since made another one out of black vinyl and Tartan piping at the seams. The new one is taller and sits just below the nut on the shaft.
