Thank you for this video! I grew up in the first house right after the apartment house on 90th Street. I heard that the house was being torn down and a medical facility being built there. Has that happened?

I've been there today and took a pic but I got no way to share so 🤷♂ I didn't notice anything being built, the same old building is there. The only difference is that they finally closed the broken window 😆 and that's about it.

THANK YOU for shooting and posting this. Great shot of the entrance to the building I lived in back in the early 1970's -- 4:51 -- I was a student at NYU and HB Studio. Many great memories of that neighborhood... my many pals who were patrons of the White Horse, and the Cookie Bar. Teachers like Bill Hickey, Haig Manoogian, Uta Hagen, Herbert Berghoff... on and on.
