FFS 🤬 what happened to my home town ?😱😭, born in Parker Street in the early 50's, moved to Elmore Green road, went to Elmore Green junior school then TP Riley, spent many happy teen years being thrown out of the Prince and Tinky's, glad to see the old cinema is still standing even though it's a Weatherspoons, the old nursing home still stands happily, sad to see Pat Collins show ground now an ASDA, I see the old gay haunt of the old bus station has gone, that was opposite the junction of Wolverhampton Road and the High Street ( A34 ). left in 1976, never been back but still a proud Bloxwich chap. thanks for the video.

As a teenager in the 80s the town would have been heaving at this time of night - people leaving pubs and venues and heading towards various nightclubs now it’s as dead as daytime so sad and depressing

I used to go drinking around Cannock around the mid 00s and it was always busy. I preferred Wolverhampton, but I used to go. It just doesn't seem right seeing it like this! But, I think most towns are heading the same way.
