Never heard of anyone putting nuts on their pineapple upside down cake. I don't think I'd like it like that. I didn't see you put the brown sugar in.

I never buy vegetable oil, don't like the taste it gives on food. I like canola oil.

why melt the butter in the oven, and then have to wait for the pan to col?

Does brewing for that long make it bitter? I heard anything past 5 minutes releases tannins i wasnt sure if that was true
@TheHenstersKitchen
@TheHenstersKitchen Ай бұрын
Longer brew time allows for a deeper flavor. Be sure to not boil your steeped water. That is what will bring in the bitterness. I have a full length video posted that will explain things in more detail. I hope it will help.

It makes the tea so smooth and enjoyable. It was a secret shared with me by a grandmother in Georgia. I couldn’t believe the difference it made in my tea.

I make iced tea in a coffee maker. It's the easiest quickest way in my opinion. You fill the pitcher up with 12 cups of water and put in the coffee maker and put the tea bags where the coffee grounds normally go. I use 3 small tea bags for a gallon. Let it brew and pour over ice and sugar (I use 2 cups for a gallon 🙈) and boom it's ready! Comes out exactly the same every time and is delicious! Never heard of the baking soda 🤨. Now don't use the same coffee pot for tea and coffee. Have a designated coffee maker for tea. Easy peasy! I can't imagine waiting 3 hours for a gallon of tea. My husband drinks a gallon a day when he's off of work 🤣

Should I roast the peanuts first? I add a tablespoon of jalapeno powder to the batch for a little heat. 😊

Remember, this is basically sugar napalm. Work very carefully, and don't let it contact any skin.
