Is there resistor for the other 2 pins? I was reading resistor between T and Ground. T is next to ground.

So whats inside it,nothing, can I just use some cables as a dummy battery replacement? I had a power grip for sony a6000 come without the dummy battery and I was wondering if I could just somehow diy the conection

You can but risk damaging the camera. You can't simply solder wires to camera power pins tho. The other two pins provide temperature and battery charge info with unique resistance values.
