Mira el vídeo de diez minutos que tiene wim hof en su canal en español, en youtube. Sirve mucho de entrenamiento, para ir avanzando, yo he aguantado con esta dos minutos y medio; y voy hacia los tres y más 🫁 Todo por salud, hay días que solo aguanto un minuto! No prisa, no competir, mente en paz y arriba!

Definitivamente ya puedo aguantar 4 minutos pero no le hagarro el ritmo todavía siempre cuento las respiraciones y cuando dice el 2 veces más, digo que paso me falta como 5! Y pierdo la cuenta lo que me gusta es que no tiene imágenes porque acostumbro a cerrar los ojos seguiré asta que le agarre bien el ritmo y me voy a tomar el tiempo para solo ver el video y contar las respiraciones

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Use your headphones for a better experience! 2. Inhale through your nose or mouth and exhale through your mouth, letting the air out. Maintain a steady pace and fully engage your diaphragm. Repeat this 40 times. 3. Then, let the air out and hold your breath for as long as you can without forcing it. Hold until you experience the gasp reflex. 4. Inhale to full capacity. Feel your chest expanding. When you reach full capacity, hold your breath for around 20 seconds. 5. Repeat this process 5 times! 6. Close your eyes, relax, and go with the flow! :) You may feel tingling in your hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness becomes too intense, pause until you feel settled, then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow. IMPORTANT: Perform this breathing technique in a comfortable seat-either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not practice this technique before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any environment/place where fainting could be dangerous! INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Inhale deeply through the nose or mouth, and exhale through the mouth. FULLY INHALE through the belly, then chest and then FULLY EXHALE. Repeat this 50 times. 2) On last breath (fully in / fully out), inhale fully and then hold the breath for at least 15 seconds. 3) SQUEEZE YOUR CORE, squeeze your hands, squeeze your entire body toward the head by tensing your pelvic floor and allowing that pressurized feeling to move up your spine to the top of your head. 4) Relax to let your breath go. 5) Repeat this 3 times. 5) Close your eyes, relax and go with the flow!
