The manufacture should of done what Brass Goat did on their design which is allowing the main body of the catcher to remain on the gun while the user can detach the bottom half of the catcher. That lets the user have a simpler process of dumping the casings and it lets the user have 2 options whereby the other option is to shoot the gun with the lower half of the catcher being detached and therefore the upper part that is still covering the ejection port is acting like a funnel to divert the spent casings straight down to the ground since there are MANY AR-22 users who obviously dont want to save the .22LR casings and also dont want them being flung out all over the place

I own this firearm. It's in my rotation with my Ruger EC9S for my edc. The Bersa Thunder 380 is accurate, reliable and I have had zero issues. Highly recommended. Just a note Bersa makes a Thunder Plus that has a double stacked 15 round mag and the mag release button is lower on the frame otherwise same build with a slightly wider grip to accommodate the double stack.

I have a Colt’s MK IV / series’ 70 government model .45 ACP original in mint conditions and I’m in love with the gun. Some gunsmith’s told me the gun could be worth a lot, they gave me a reason but I’m gonna be realistic I didn’t understand him. My grandfather that he passed in 2023 gifted me this 1911 and now I understand why the 1911 it’s the world champ. I have a strong sentimental value for this 1911, that’s the reason why I didn’t contact Colt so they could tell how much it’s worth. I’m not gonna sell it in my lifetime. The 1911 it’s the real definition of “where I put the eye I put the bullet” Also I want to thanks this content creator for always upload very informative videos.

I’ve got a 66-2, 2.75 inch barrel. Great shooting gun that’s been by side since 1985. On your remark about R butt vs S butt, these are carry pistols and a R butt is what you want. Obviously this is just a preference on your end when you said you’d like it in a S butt. But I carry mine a lot so R butt is the way to go. Great video and beautiful looking 66-2 you showed us.

Nice video, but one thing I haven't seen mentioned is that once you pull the bolt/carrier mechanism out, the hammer can, or will lurch forward (sorry if I missed here). Then when you reassemble, the hammer will not be positioned to fire. When I went to the range yesterday for my first test - I couldn't fire the FPC. VERY bummed. So to save others from being very bummed, here's a tip: When replacing the carrier, make sure the hammer is fully cocked, either manually or by virtue of dissembling when it's cocked. I hope this saves someone a trip to the range and not having the FPC function as planned. The FPC is actually very easy to disassemble and reassemble if you follow the process defined here and make sure the hammer is set properly upon reassembly. The first time is maybe unusual if you're used to AR15's or shotguns, but the 2nd time is just a few steps and handle the slider spring so it doesn't launch, then it's 1-2-3 and done. Very well designed. The other thing I'll mention is complaints on how the mags are released from the stock. I really like how that was designed. Again - a few practice sessions and you'll feel very confident of dropping and replacing a mag. An improvement would be if S&W would orient the mags 180 degrees in the stock so when they pop out, you shove them into the mag frame without rotating. One step removed in a time sensitive situation could be the difference between your life or the goons. On a good note - I put a couple hundred rounds through my M&P Shield Plus yesterday and a couple mags through my friend's tricked-out 9mm Staccato 2011 - sweetest handgun I've ever fired, but I don't want to spend $4K for my own. I'd rather put that into another 1/2 acre of TX land.

The most accurate pistol I've ever shot in my life with a Beretta. Just went to shoot with a friend of mine that had one, the design is remarkable and clearly made for accuracy. The clone is the same as well. 25 yards off a rest of course, I managed five groups of five shots at 25 yards all measuring 1 inch. That's almost unheard of in a pistol. I do a lot of pistol feuding and hand loadIng, but with factory loads right out of the box, I was purely amazed the pistol fits extremely well in the hand so natural to hold and yes I'll be saving up for one, most possibly the one made in Turkey.

Hi there im from south africa. I own a vektor sp1 and the vektor z88 (beretta clone) i was issued the SP1 when i joined the military police in the south african defence force back in 1993. It was taken away from us a few months later and we got issued the z88. When i left the army and joined the south african police service i was issued a z88 again while friends of mine were issued the sp1 while in the metro police. I always wanted to get a sp1 but never got one at a good price or if you did see them they where used AF....a friend of mine left south africa emigrated to the USA and in his safe was a brand new sp1 that he bought over 20 years ago when he left the south african police.....he gifted me the new sp1 and it is 100% my safe queen ....i have the z88 and the sp1 in my safe because they are true south african iconic firearms.......i will never let them go.....so much history in both of the guns lives.....than you for your channel keep up the awesome reviews
