Hi. I was thinking of making one myself as I need a longer one than the one I bought for another project. And you just save me with your video. I won't have to spend a lot of money this time. Thank a lot.

Pretty quilt. Good video but it would have been easier to use half strips, but still pretty 😍

Thank you! I’ve not seen this technique done. I knew it existed just not how to go about it. Thanks for teaching this old dog a new trick. 🤗

Do you know how to fix or demagnetize a pin that is already magnetic? Not the right way for a needle to stick to it by itself. When a magnet is attached to it a needle won't stick

Hey, thanks for watching. I'm not sure how to do that

This is a GREAT video! I am a beginning quilter and I love your method for binding. I can't wait to try it out. One other comment is the background music is a little loud and I found it distracting. Thank you for your video.

Thank you! I'm so happy you took up quilting. If you need to refer back to this tutorial, we also uploaded it without music, but the algorithm picked up this one instead

Thank you for explaining this and showing us just how calm you can be when you quilt, and bind your quilt. Your voice is so clear and you explain how to bind in such a way, I feel confident I can do this. Thank you.

Great video! I was wondering how I was going to bind my quilt! I'm a new quilter, and binding kind of scares me. I will definitely use this method! Thank you! And the background music is so relaxing! 😊

Where did you purchase your knobs, please?
@KarefreeKrafting Жыл бұрын
I have gotten them at Lowes, Ace True Value and at Home Depot. Most Hardware stores carry them. If you are outside the US, you could try Amazon. Hope this helps!

I might suggest pressing the binding first before taking it to the machine. Regrettably, twisted binding will not right itself in the wash as it is sewn in place and the weave is not pressed and sewn square.

@KarefreeKrafting2 жыл бұрын
The easiest and cheapest method I have found for basting is with safety pins. I understand about the cost of supplies. Most of my sewing supplies are things I found around the house or even at the hardware store.
