Assume he drew ~20 cards each game. He played a total of 8 games, leading to the 160 cards he mentioned. 29/30 for each draw can be used to determine the lower limit of how likely it was to draw flame strike at least once but we're gonna get a bit better than that. In the opening hand, there's a 29/30 * 28/29 * 27/28 chance to not draw flame strike, or 27/30 = 9/10 = 90%. Assuming mulligan does not draw the initial discarded cards and we draw a new hand if we don't get flame strike, we now have a 26/27 * 25/26 * 24/25 chance to not draw it, or 24/27 = 8/9. So if we don't get it at all the opening hand then that's 9/10 * 8/9 = 8/10 = 80%. Now let's say we draw ~17 more cards before the game ends. That means we have a 26/27 * 25/26 * ... * 9/10 = 9/27 = 1/3 chance to not draw it. So per game we have a 8/10 * 1/3 = 8/30 chance to not draw flame strike at all. We repeat this for 8 more games. So that comes out to (8/30)^8 ~ 2.55E-5. The chance Kripp drew flame strike at least once is therefore 1 - 2.55E-5; percentage-wise, this comes out to ~ 99.997%. So he was a little off but he was estimating in the first place so that's expected.
