Hi lads, Great listen as always. Just some information for you about my son and acadmey U20 player Aidan Russell. He has been called up to Domincan Republic U20 squad for Concacaf championship. They will play El Salvador, Canada and Honduras in their group. Games are 20th, 23rd, 26th July.. Hopefully they will get out of the group to 1/4 final and if they can manage to win a 1/4, the 4 semi finalists will get a place in the 2025 U20 world cup. Aidan is in Mexico since July 9th preparing for the tournament. The games will be streamed live on Concacaf KZfaq channel. Midnight Saturday Irish time is first one ⚫⚪🙌🏻⚽

Disappointing to lose Archie and it's worse that we got so little money. But if the club stands in his way this summer, then footballers the way they are when they want a move it's hard to see him giving 100% on the pitch til the end of the season 🤷‍♂

We have to decouple what Ainscough is doing off the pitch - which is already better than anything we've seen since the dying days of Peak6, and must be appreciated - and the decisions he's making impacting what's happening on the pitch. Unfortunately the latter is all we really see, and everything we've seen since the end of last season and the takeover screams mediocrity.

It's hard to listen to stories of players wanting out. Whatever about the manager you'd be inclined to show lads like that the door asap. It doesn't matter who the manager is, players that throw in the towel when a club is going through a rough patch are not players you can rely on.
