Didn’t really watch but the hux/oss stuff is 110% quieter at the ear, however it has terrible reflection and this testing was done indoors where the sound would bounce off walls back to the reader If the test was done in an open field the OSS would be far quieter at the ear

Objectively this is incorrect. The Salvo does a great job at reducing the report down to 136.8db on average in full configuration. Even in the shorter configurations it still manages sizable reductions. Perception may be subjective but the numbers do not lie.

@@SilencerCo The numbers, whomever measured them, may not lie, but my ears don't either. Of course it's subjective, but since I'm the one the paid the crazy money on this thing, my subjectivity is all that matters.

@@no_handle_required What host are you running yours on and in what configuration? My experience with my Salvo has been amazing. It suppresses very well on all of my shotguns. I run mine in the 10'' config.

Would a 300 blackout round work in a 9mm suppressor? Or do I need to buy a brand new 300 blackout suppressor?

Many 9mm suppressors are in fact compatible with sub sonic 300blk. Check with the manufacturer if it can handle supersonic and what barrel length restrictions might exist. For instance, our Spectre 9 is compatible with sub sonic 300blk in full auto and supersonic 300blk semi auto with barrel lengths of 7'' and up.
