I guees It's touching one bearing, mine was the same noise, I fixed aligning the upper wheel and the bearing properly... I hope it helps

To center the blade with the wheels it's with the knob screw of behind the upper wheel behind the bandsaw that level the upper wheel depend of how much you tight it if it's too much or too little the blade is going to come out always, to look at that you have to do like in the video move slow the wheel and look at how the blade go along the upper wheel you have to be tighten or untighten and move the wheel at the same time until you see that the blade go arround the center of the wheel, Those bandsaws look like they are simple but yeah you have to adjust everything well apart of have a good blade of good quality. Depend of what you are going to cut I would have two. One more thick to cut straight and bigger pieces and another more narrow like the one that come to cut smaller pieces with curves.

A quick tip for little clean cuts like that use some superglue its instant and holds and no scar

Blade probably not lined up properly, stop spinning the bade half way through the sound and check for spots where it could be rubbing, I had a similar issue with my old craftsman and that was it.
