Looks pretty good. In Shotokan this is Gankaku. It isn't an overly complicated kata, but it is extremely difficult to perform well. The movements in this are very unnatural. To put things in perspective, I learned this kata over thirty years ago and I still lose balance sometimes. We never truly master kata, but that's the point. We can always improve something! Keep on doing it! Main difference is in Shotokan side kicks are used from the crane stance. When Funakoshi originally formulated Shotokan, this kata used front kicks. In later years his students substituted side kicks in this kata.

@@VieraSooBahkDoMelbourne It's definitely a hard kata/hyung to do well. Another really difficult one is Enpi. I think in SBD/TSD it's called Wansu. The up and down movements and the fast shifting of stances are particularly difficult. I am so glad I chose Bassai Dai for my black belt exam!

It was an attempt to a 360 Bolley kick but he didn't even pivot his foot or didn't even land with the kicking foot. I'd call this a weak attempt 360 bolley kick

Thank you for your comment. I don't see anything wrong with the kick. He was able to accomplish the break successfully. I would like, however, to see a video of you performing the break so I can understand your comment better. Unless you're not up for it and this is all just a waste of your time and mine.
