Hey man, i'm between the beta messenger and the alpha sling bag, i'm really only looking to store my Canon t7 with its 50mm lenses along with the 300mm one and a few batteries so i can take it out comfortably (Also knowing that its safe and close to me). Considering this, which one of these would you recommend?

This sling bag is gonna be perfect for my upcoming roadtrip! Cheers

Hi Dan, Hope your well' iv just bought the pocket 3 last week and what a camera they are to, The footage looks really wonderful even on my rubbish tv' iv been looking for a good quality case to put it in as there is nothing designed yet by small rig or at least I don't think their is..LOVE the pocket 3 as a nice piece of kit....Pass the love around Spain...Good look Dan from the UK ..

80d and 90d serves me well in my early years in Wedding videography, but right now 90d's are really not that good specially once you used Eos R6 or R5, I have the R6 now but the ridiculous lense prices and the ban of third party lenses brand is what triggers me to switch to sony. Basically A7c and A7iv, and how I wish I started with Sony. Sony for video is just unparalleled, no overheating, crisp 120fps @1080p compared to even the 120fps of R6, and the richer bokeh. Canon wins on color Science, but with the S-log profiles, it's unmatch.

It happened to my r6, out of nowhere touch screen suddenly doesn't work as intended. I now don't use touchscreen features.

Anyone who can suggest...is it good lens to shoot hiking videos as i have CANON D700.. ....????Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di ii LD Aspherical (IF) Macro- Nikon fit....

Do you need the adapter with the control ring? Or can you use the normal canon adapter?

Caveat to larger folks if you weigh under 180 lbs, it fits great. But if you're 225, like me, its super tight. The straps arent long enough.

I really like this filter, the price and that it comes with a cover so you don't always need to bring the pouch. However, is there a way to add a secondary ND filter to this setup for extreme sunny days or longer exposures?

Good video, Dan, Thanks Man. I feel the EF lens you used contributed to the nice picture quality you set up. Good choice. Furthermore, these lenses should be more affordable these days as todays advancements more for the RF lenses.

Do you find thst the loose strap on the sling (2:43) does not stay in place? It's so slippery thst kt ends up flopping around on mine.

My R6 got too warm on a hot day and would not work! I had to send it in to Canon repair in California. Plus I had to pay $430USD before they would look at it! Joe

Or to calculate proxim focus point given by amperature and the focal lenght and keep the subjects in the clear area that could be large if you know what are you doing :) (that's regarding about losing autofocus). Also you can manual track focus if you are prepared for such thing :P

Problem for me is, Canon Connect does not recognize my R8. So I had to do it via the memory card and computer which I think is easy. Plus, I am not relying upon Canon Connect app or phone staying stable during the update process and causing a crash. Just another device that can go wrong.

Hi, Dan. Great comparison. I have the 90D. It seems that the R7 is what the 90D should of been. That 120 slow motion seems good with the R7. The 90D in your demonstration was quite useless. Glad you shared this with us though. Thanks, Man
