I have tried countless things. The only things that really worked in my case: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 20 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo as well as oil. I use only liitleextraaa cocoonnion shampoo with natural hair oil for this purpose plus it does the job. My hair fall got under control with it.

My hair reduced falling out after I did a few things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breakage. Once a week, I rubbed my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair 1-2 times a week with liiitleextra coocoonino shampoo.
