I live in Puerto RIco, tropical climate year long. THe temperatures in the last two year are higher than usual and you have to be protected from the sun at all times. You cannot leave the house without sunscreen and I started to wear a hat as well more often now. Great tips Thanks!

Frederique you are such a good influencer! Earlier I saw a different short where you said to always wear nice lingerie. A couple of hours later I was walking in my town where I have lived for almost 30 years and passed by a shop that apparently has been there for 26 years - that I never noticed before. They had a sign that said “Free bra fittings today.” I stopped in and left half an hour later with THREE new bras (and some matching panties) that cost basically what used to be my monthly rent back in university days. Too bad you don’t get a commission!!

Hi, Frederique. You seem to have eyes that are very sensitive to the light. I have the same problem. I rarely wear my contact lenses, and stick to my glasses for this reason. Just recently, I have been told that I have the beginning of cataracts on my left eye. Luckily, Canadian health insurance will pay for the operation after the cataracts have matured (about one year). It is a good idea to get that extra test taken when you go to the optometrist when you are over 50.

Great idea to put sheet masks in the fridge! I will definitely try that! I organize my drawers using the Kon Mari method of folding in thirds and the clothes stand up so you can see all the items in a column. It works great for me!❤

I have very green hazel eyes with amber( like an army green around a golden circle with a blush outer rim. I’ve been told they were called Irish hazel or gold green. And YES, they change to pure amber with mood and weather. Very noticeable.

We Americans have TONS of chemicals, sugar (it is actually in everything), salt filled foods, fast foods, frozen meals, etc and most cities do not have public transportation infrastructure, making it necessary to drive. In my city, I would never walk anywhere, unless it's specifically for exercise (which I do). I'm slim, but have never followed a "diet" - just have always eaten in moderation.

I knew what are you talking about riding a scooter I have done the same as you for over 30 years with shoes glasses a helmet, and also a leather jacket that saved my life. I found in your video that we do the same i am living in a very hot country most of the year so I have just like you some products in the fridge😃😉🥰
