Manabu kurita got cheated out of the world record, it was on a verified scale and everything it was an ounce bigger than George perrys and his wasn’t even verified and the scales back then weren’t as accurate, very very dumb and there’s a dumb rule where the bass has to be at least 2 ounces bigger not 1.

Not true, baitcasters have their own special abilities that other reels don’t have. There is magnetic brakes and knobs you can tune to prevent a backlash.

@@TheChamp601 because you don't know what you are doing. You need to set the brakes and tension knob so it stops the spool when the lure hits the water. There are videos about how to. Also hold your thumb on the spool and apply pressure when the lure is about to hit the water.

Don’t reel the baitcaster while your getting it out pull the line out with your hands

You don't do this. You slowly pull the line while watching for knots so that before you hit those knots and tighten them you can pull the knots loose then repeat until it's gone.
