I have to limit my exposure to news. Often times everything is too much for me, too painful, and I can’t process it, so I avoid it. I think it makes me sound like someone who doesn’t care about what’s going on in the world, but it’s truly the opposite 😢

That ticket looks like a weather forecast!!! I went throughout all my magazines looking an image like that and couldn’t find it 😅 looks great!

This is gorgeous!!! I had the same concept for this prompt. I looooove the light and the happy words and stickers. This is a great vibe!!! I feel the same way when it comes to the news. Often times I simply change the channel to look at more positive content, or open up my scrapbooks and journals. Awesome layout!!!

Hey! I’m AuDHD (autism and adhd), I was diagnosed at age 40 😅. My child is too, but he was diagnosed at 8, so I hope he’ll grow up having a better understanding of his brain than I did. I can be your penpal, I love the idea of sending mail. I’m horrible at keeping up with friends or being consistent, so we could send each other something once a year and it’ll be fine 😂

My eldest daughter definitely has ADHD (her dad is diagnosed she is not) but she masks it so well! Too much! Especially in front of professionals who try to diagnose her! 🤦‍♀️ I too hyper fixate on certain projects and forget to eat! 😂 I have several projects on the go and never finish them! I blame it on my PTSD though x
