My husband and I have jobs we do...I cook, he does the dishes...I do the laundry and he does garbage and cat box. It works for us...but he works as a cleaner at the hospital. He wears a uniform...and when he gets home he is understandably sweaty sometimes...so what he will do is take everything out of his pockets and put the clothes in the wash before heading to the shower. (it is just the two of us living here) We basically will use the washing machine at times as a laundry hamper since we are the only ones who use it. When it gets full or when he is running out of clean uniforms I will throw a load on...I do about 2 loads a week for just clothes and towels. So I established this rule from when we still had the kids living with us. I worked full time and I did not have time to do laundry for 4 people and check every pocket. I would still do the laundry and would say to people if you leave something in your pockets and I wash it and it gets destroyed...its your own fault. Don't be lazy and empty your pockets before you put it in the washing machine also any money I find in the wash I keep. But yeah...if they are your pants and you don't empty the pockets in my house..its your own fault. It takes like 30 seconds to empty them and if you don't...suck it up princess.

Most engineers I know don’t make close to 400k, I work in sales and my commission brings in more than most starting salary’s for baseline engineers right out of school. I’m not sure what you’re smoking but I need some.
