I ordered without expert assembly, a little worried it would be rather complex.

Other companies charge thousands of dollars for similarly designed chairs. It comes with everything you need to assemble the chair, which was quick and easy. I'm really happy with the back and neck support and no longer have the usual back/neck pain after work. Can't recommend it enough.

Over all its a great chair for the price, no complaints at all and its pretty comfortable and easy to put together, build quality is very decent.

The box came, overjoyed I struggled to lift it into my apartment. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the box. It gave me a sense of assurance in knowing that I bought quality. I'm doing to do my best to be as concise as possible and refrain from going on an endless rant about how much I love this chair.What I'm going to do instead is accurately and thoroughly review this marvel of modern engineering. First I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. This is gold for me. I got a remote job and my computer chair works for paying bills, or kids doing homework. All day, it is so bad. I also had a spinal fusion surgery 3 months ago, so that doesn't help. I don't have a big budget yet, but i can probably do a $300 chair for now. Thank you.

I love this! Cooling plates can get extremely cold, just make sure you adjust them in the app. For those of you who are wondering, the cooling plates cool down & it also blows cold air. It feels just as if you’ve put a cold towel around your neck which also happens to generate a soft cool breeze.

A further review will follow after I've had an opportunity to Test the unit in a Hotter Environment. Highly Recommend!

This product works as expected. I did test it with infrared thermometer and it is pushing the air that is requested. I suggest when using the cooling feature you set it to AI mode. This will give you the best battery life. I've tested it and got just under 4 hours on cooling. I have not done a full battery test on heating yet.
