what's deflect mean?

Its basically how long you stun the enemy after blocking their attack. Speed + Deflect was needed to combo kill effectively in ac2. Brotherhood and Revelations combat is too easy as you can chain kill them quickly as show in the video. So, deflect stat doesn't matter much as combo kill is kind of obsolete after ac2 thanks to chain killing.

I waited until literally the next chapter, I find the Lift that needs to be used to deliver the cars does not appear during Chapter 4 even though Derek has told you to bring him cars. The best time to do it is when the game advances from winter to summer, during the summer in the game your more likely to find hot-rods or other expensive vehicles driving about. Also there is a Parking Lot just North of Derek's which also spawns luxury vehicles. In Chapter 8, you will receive a convertible as a gift which can also be sold to Derek, just make sure to complete this achievement by Chapter 14 or you'll probably miss it.
