What is the matter of God "creating" evil? It is sufficient for God to retire Himself from a "place" for it to be devoid of Love, Goodness, perfection....evil is the absence of all these things.

CCC 2795 The symbol of the heavens refers us back to the mystery of the covenant we are living when we pray to our Father. He is in heaven, his dwelling place; the Father's house is our homeland. It's a grand curiosity that some really dislike a message like this that speaks to the sovereignty of God.

The last three minutes is the best segment of the whole conversation as Dr. Sproul, in true form, reiterates the importance of giving due severance to a holy God; the common theme around which he has built the entirety of his theology and his ministry.
