Oh, chicken Marsala is one of my absolutely favorite dishes! I’ve never made it, but we have a local Italian restaurant that makes the best. I hope I can feel up to trying to make this one day. I’m like Thomas, give me all the mushrooms! I can eat them cooked or straight from the package. He’s a smart man!

Love the way you attack that bell pepper. I’m 78 and had never seen a pepper dissected like that until just a few days earlier on an Indian cooking video. I thought how novel and such a great idea. When I saw your video I was delighted. Such a simple difference and I’m in awe. I use a lot of green peppers in cooking and this way of cutting them up is so much better than I’ve been doing since I began to cook. ❤

I know u don't like mushrooms I do check out chef Jean Pierre he had a rest for 21yrs and a chef for over 50;yrs ck out garlic mush he says if y don't like mush ur not cooking them right u HV to get the water out of the mushrooms

Hi Catherine!!! I liked your recipe except for the Mushrooms. I don't ever eat anything to do with mushrooms...So...I dont know what I would substitute that with. I never made this. My future Grandaughter whos half Italian makes this but I never would eat it. The sauce looks delish...Nice Video!!!...🦋
