First as someone who runs fully functional miniature turbines this is not one. Basically it is a gas blowtorch, whether it is self sustaining or not is debateable but proper turbines do not have flames coming from the back. All combustion is supposed to take place at the front of the combustion chamber however this one looks far too small for this to happen so most takes place outside the engine. There have been actual working miniature turbofans made but these are complicated and high tech and made by experts. Please do not try to copy this as one likely outcome is that the hot end will melt.
