Interesting technique with not cutting in front of the first car - guessing that's mainly low cc - with strong bike I like cutting to the front since I can accelerate hard so won't be annoying anyone by being slow after cutting.
@GTAIVisbest8 күн бұрын
Yes, 100% - low CC bikes will often not out-accelerate vehicles, and especially the first car with a wide-open path in front of them. So I always go to the first car behind. If the road ahead is single-lane or very steep in altitude I might only split up to the 4th or 5th car in the row, just enough to make the light since I know I'll be way slower than traffic

Hi, my scooter was making noise, I did the valve clearance and it was solved, but after two days it's like before again. What could be the causes and how could I resolve it?
@GTAIVisbest14 күн бұрын
Sometimes valve lash can re-expand if the nut wasn't tightened well. I've had this same issue as well. To be honest, just adjust to spec and then let it ride, if it's too noisy it's not necessarily a problem

They make a small impact driver I have used for years for bowl screws. Also, cover every open hole before removing screws. I keep a small speaker magnet near by to stick to the frame and hold the screws once removed. I put a drop of Marvel Mystery Oil on my finger tip and wipe around the intake side of the carb to ease installation. Helpful if your are jetting and re-jetting. Thanks for the vid.

i tried to take my clutch off for the first time and the nut holding it to the moped is tiiiight as fuck i don't know if it came like that from factory or if previous owner got in there and just fucking cranked it down and loctited it
@GTAIVisbest6 ай бұрын
Nah it's because over time those nuts get really really fucking tight, any nut will be like that. Try disassembling a moped that's been used daily and never disassembled for 10 years every nut will be "cold-welded" or something like that. You're going to need a corded impact gun that can really dislodge it OR apply localized heat if you're able to
@tbounds48126 ай бұрын
@@GTAIVisbest haha bro love ur name and yeah this moped is 14 years old with i think 3000 kilometres on it so not too many km and no corrosion on the nut ive tried hitting it with propane torch and battery impact driver i think i need penetrating oil heat it up super hot and hit it with a rattle gun i think

You'll want a CORDED rattle gun and then hold the clutch in place and make sure you're pushing up against the nut (otherwise you'll damage the nut with all the force) and hit the rattle gun with as much power as you can, and boom! It should come off@@tbounds4812

Seriously? You're from the US? You must have French parents? You could not have learned this in school. After renting a Vespa in Naples for an afternoon I can actually understand going somewhere just to enjoy inner-city lane-splitting 😄 I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.
@GTAIVisbest6 ай бұрын
Haha, thanks brodie, I'm not actually french at all though. I just kind of picked it up with people and honed my accent a bit in Discord and online calls. I enjoy inner-city lane-splitting more than anything else, and tbh when I go on "relaxing" rides I often seek out gridlock in the downtown core just so I can engage in a bunch of lane-splitting and scratch that itch

What are all the 1k rebel units doing there
@GTAIVisbest7 ай бұрын
They function as local garrison-supplements, think of it like some sort of unmovable territorial defense units. What's happening with them is that they discourage an errant 1k brigade from just wandering into enemy territory and rapidly taking over huge pieces of territory... in real life, there would be local units that would stymy anything less than a large, organized push. This MASSIVELY helps front lines be more stable, especially with a compacted map like in EvW. When one province can be an entire governorate, with multiple medium-sized cities, progress should be way slower than in the vanilla map where a province could be one small hamlet or something

What size jets would you recommend for a stock 50cc moped? I’ll be getting a better exhaust for better air flow. Also will be drilling just a few holes in the air intake pod for better air flow. But there’s no videos stating what size is good for a stock moped. My restricter is off in the cvt and I’ll be getting a racing cdi and better spark plug wire. If anyone could help me out that be great thanks!

Did you have to register your moped? In other words, do you need insurance in Washington for your moped? I know at least a drivers license is required, but I was curious if Washington requires you to have insurance for a moped under 50cc such as yours. Thank you
@GTAIVisbest9 ай бұрын
No insurance required, registration required, title required for registration. No motorcycle endorsement needed for mopeds. My moped has a subtle big bore kit that allows it to maintain speed a bit better up hill, this is very useful for safety as it allows you to keep a lower speed differential with surrounding traffic. If you had a big scoot that could visibly do 60MPH then if traffic-stopped you could get in to some real trouble from having it registered as a moped, but I doubt that would ever happen
