(20) I'm even gonna respond to that simple, negative remark i just red (phonetic spelling iyp). Once I learned the 14 count drill (boot camp - with leggings lol) I wanted to be an honor guard.. Alas, I didn't quite muster up (in so many ways lol), but the respect I had for them continues to grow... (btw:fyi: those 'knives' (bayonets) are 'real')

I tell my middle school students just because somebody calls you a name or talks about it doesn't give you the right to hit him or her. Sometimes, you have to walk away. I explain to them that they are not going to be teenagers for the rest of their lives. Once you become an adult and hit someone for calling you a name . You are going to jail and lose your job, home, and family. Everything that you work hard for goes down the drain. However, I said to them if someone puts his hands on you, then you have every right to defend yourself in a street altercation.

I wish there was a grappling ground fighting like wrestling where I live. When you learn wrestling, Boxing, and Japanese Jiujitsu . You are learning the nuts and bolts of street fighting to save your life.

You would not get kicked out of my school for using it. We use it in Japanese Jujutsu to create space. Applying pain to make a gain is allowed.

I spent 8 months focused on omaplatas. The onteresting part is that by the end of it, I could see all kinds of entries. Armlocks, triangles, and the back just always seemed available.

Man everything you're saying is exactly what I think about the sport right now. All the arts should be combined people think wreslting is just standing, but wrestling can be used effectively on the ground too.
