MOS Models weren't introduced until Gen5. Slide serrations came out in Gen4. Also, while reliability was originally the reason why they were on top, it's no longer unique to them. The real reasons why they're still popular are availability of accessories/aftermarket parts, and most people that have owned them have trained on them the longest and are just more comfortable shooting them (probably because they have already built the muscle memory for the grip angle). And Glock does not have a good stock trigger for striker fired handguns. Literally the first thing EVERYONE says that you do when you buy a Glock is to replace the trigger. Maybe it's better than a S&W SD 9, but that's a $300 gun.

There are no practical downsides to running something like a surefire X300 Turbo or the new Scout Turbo just because they have high candela RATINGS (btw, Candela is not the width of the hotspot. Candela is a unit-measure for LIGHT. Candela is the SI unit of luminous intensity. One candela is the luminous intensity, in a given direction, of a source that emits monochromatic radiation of frequency 540 × 1012 Hz and that has a radiant intensity in that direction of 1/683 watt per steradia) Anyway, these lights like the newest surefire and the Cloud lights put out plenty of spill and flood to be usable. And if you really want flood that bad, then just put a flood diffuser cap on your life. You can get a spring loaded one like scope caps, and then you'' have a lil diffuser lens in there that makes your super high candela and super high lux flashlight into a great floodlight. You can always turn candela into flood, but you can't easily turn flood into candela. You should always get as much lux and candela as possible without becoming a liability to yourself or others, and honestly you really don't even necessarily want super high lumen counts. You don't wanna btfo all your immediate surroundings right in front of your light, which makes it way harder for you to see the light that is hitting your target, because most of it is hitting the stuff right in front of you and now you are using your own light like a photonic barrier against yourself.

bruh, if your light is wiggling a lil bit, then just fix it. It would take you 30 seconds to make a tiny modification and make it stop completely

I had a 320 X Conpact. I loved everything about it except how I shot it. I love My 19C, 20 and 21 Gen 4. Maybe I will tty a 320 again one day.
