Just got my first mustang v6 3.7l 2017 mustang. Once I finish paying it off I’m def gnna add some mods but would this build work even if my transmission is Automatic??

Be careful on those "back roads", sooner or later you're going to crest a hill or a curve at high speed and encounter a farmer on tractor, a bicyclist, a pedestrian, etc. And as someone who used to live on a country road - please take it to the track.

Great video and it's not a hard job at all just be very aware of the drilling on both sides I messed the passenger side up with the step-down drilling but was able to compenrsate on the inside bolt bracket by filing it so I could adjust the bolt. In the end it came out perfect.

Great video I messed up on the passenger side drilling off center but was able to use a file on the metal hole to adjust the bolt upwards and it looks perfect. Beware of the step down drilling it goes through very quickly that was my initial mistake

So to confirm.. this won't effect anything on the tune that I already have on the car correct?

I bought a 3.7 procharger kit for a stock car. (Guy crashed it before he put it on so it’s all new in packaging yet) I have bbk shorty headers and borla atak axelbacks. Do you think the stock procharger tune will be fine? Car is stock besides that.

This idea came from factory options on other cars. GT500 for example. For those critical of this option. Maybe try zip ties, glue, or hopes and dreams. Probably more your speed anyway…

Sounds so good I did the mistake of taking my cats out and the rasp at low rpms is so bad I have bbk shorty headers, no cats, 2 x-pipes, and roush ab muffles. Was thinking of adding jones resonators and this was the best video to help me out. You earned a sub keep the good work 🎉

I purchased a 2014 v6 premium with 18k miles a year ago. Since then, the car is now FBO, e85 tune, and being prepped for twin turbos next summer. Very fun yet reliable car.

After new gears do you need to ajust ecu for speedometer? Like S197 or it reads speed from wheels?

V6 owner here, marking a year of ownership. I gotta say, I regret my decision and wish I had opted for the GT instead. Every time you start your car, you'll find yourself disappointed. As for the Ecoboost, its sound is horrific and its reliability is hit-or-miss. If you pump too much power into it, that thing becomes a ticking time bomb. Even still, I love my car and can tell it'll last me for a long while until I graduate. People might poke at you for having a V6 Mustang, but at the end of the day, the car you drive is just one faucet of your life and doesn't define who you are. If you're reading this and thinking about the Eco or V6, I'd strongly recommend you go for the GT. However, if fuel efficiency is a major concern for you, the V6 is likely going to be the more suitable choice. While the Eco does offer better mileage, it requires high-octane fuel to operate at its advertised 310 horsepower. On the other hand, the V6, being a low-compression engine, can run on 87-octane fuel without any repercussions. The fuel costs even out, and you actually save a bit more with the NA engine.
