Haven't tried fabric glue for this mixture. But I did try using only fabric glue and I agree with you, it doe not make the items stiff. So I don't recommend it❤️

The height usually measures 4 inches. So if your number of rows reaches 4 inches that's when you finish off.

Ch 94 is actually the width. You may decrease the number of the foundation chain. But it still depends on the size of the head. If you're making it for someone with bigger head, you can increase the chains. Anyway, the elastic band will help to reach the desired fit.

Btw, the same is true to the number of rows. You may increase or decrease depending on the size of the head.

Yes it will help. I suggest instead of soaking, try to use a spray bottle. Pin the sleeve on a clean surface and spray the mixture all over it. BUT if you don't have a spray bottle proceed as instructed.❤️

@@drawnalyn8825 i haven’t actually tried using this in milk cotton. But I am pretty sure it will work. I suggest that you make a petal and test how much glue to use in order to get the best result. Try also using the spray method. After making the flower, spray the solution, arrange/form the petals and let it dry. Whatever works best for you.

This is for standard size. Sometimes I don’t change the pattern. For smaller size, I use small size hook ang thinner yarn. For bigger size, I use larger hook ang thicker yarn. But you can decrease or increase your beginning round if you prefer otherwise.

Mod podge usually gives white residue when it dries. Although a mixture of glue and water is already a diy mod podge I prefer to use this as it gives natural stiffness and natural look also. I suggest you try first to a small sample project and see the result. Remember not to put too many glue in a small amount of water.
