I watched this in my early days of Kdramas...and I LOVED it ❤❤ Over time i realized it was flop in korea itself..thats sad when i found many hits were way overrated..to each his own guess I found many comments on how ML.was a toxic character..i disagree..he was a tragic character who nevet got his personal happy ending I saw many asking for season 2 with a happy ending ...while that may never happen ( especially with same cast) ...i would be happy with a special episode that gave a classic good vibe ending .. PS same for MR QUEEN/CRASH LENDING/VAGABOND.. I fell in love with LJG ..and then flipped over him again in FLOWER OF EVIL..and even in 7FIRST KISSES..❤am.not able to find his other work on Netflix/Amazon prime 😢

damn, somehow i never realized how toxic he was when i was younger... great think he didn't get her, aggressive, possessive, and talking badly to her all along, never understood why they made her with the other one cause "he loved her deeply" but now I'm kinda glad they thought of making her have a healthier way of seeing relationships than the fans of the drama lmaoo (ngl, kinda hate myself when i reminber loving jerks like him for the same how "bad" they were ew..)

Dah Oh actually didn't like Kyung from the beginning. Dah Oh's first love was Haru from the beginning. But indeed Kyung has liked Dah Oh from childhood (fyi, when they were little they were friends) But because Dan Oh couldn't control anything when in comic mode, where in comic mode, the story is that Dah Oh really likes Kyung. Kyung became confused by her changing attitude. And in comic mode, Kyung didn't realize that he was controlled by the comic writer and his role was the antagonist, in which, he always hurt Dan Oh's feelings. So there's a lot of misunderstanding here. And the good news is, Kyung finally realized that he was being controlled, so when he felt he was in normal mode (not comic mode) he was immediately nice to Dan Oh. But back again, if in fact from childhood Dan Oh didn't consider Kyung more than a friend. Wah this is so complicated. My heart is also hurting as I type this

Although haru and danoh were so adorable together.. I always wondered if danoh would've gotten with kyung, tbh, kyung might be my favorite character of all, if Danoh ever did gotten it kyung, it would've been more like a "enemies to lovers" dynamic, and if they really did at the end, it would be a big plot twist to the story, and plus it shows that not all love can go to what your expectations are headed for, it would've been a great plot twist

Bae Kyung actually liked her form the start, but after his mom's death he got terrified of the idea of being next to her in hospital. Though Haru always gave us butterflies but I never hated baek kyung. ❤

Bae Kyung was really mean in the start but he had a lot of character development and I felt bad for him in the end. I liked his eventual crush towards Dan Oh and they had good chemistry when he became a better person.
