Cellar works by insulation from the surface, it's not about moisture cycling. The same principle can be seen in deeper caves, that have the same temperature year-round, since they're heavily insulated from outside conditions.

Agreed. I would add that a bit more or functional design should be considered and the overly intensive vegetable production all over the place makes it hard to push a wheebarrow

To help your viewers get an idea of a permaculture farm, it would be great if you could first give a brief idea of why this is different/unique way to produce food. Otherwise we get right into the kitchen and building design (which is nice to know, but...might not be why the viewer clicked onto your channel). Good job for your first film effort anyway.
