Do you know how long it is when it is in the carry bag? Great review!

Don’t have it here with me but I would guess 18-20” long. Maybe 24?

It should have a built in cutter. Ours does. Just a small slider that cuts the bag.

If you haven't already get a cheap 3 gal. plastic bucket and cut the bottom out of it. When filling the bag put the bucket in the bag. It holds the bag up and open. When you get the amount of seed you want in the bag just lift the bucket out with the handle. No spilling of the seed doing this.

How do you get six months of battery life out of the outdoor camera ? Please explain
@HardylifeoutdoorsreviewsАй бұрын
Guess I hadn’t really thought about it but I use these at my cabin and I’m guessing the battery life is tied to the fact that they don’t get triggered very often. So they are always watching but seldom being triggered and consuming much battery power.

No. Go into the app. You should see three little lines in the upper left of the screen. Touch those. That will open a menu that says add device or camera. When you select that it will give you step by step instructions.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to add it to the MyQ app. It is not listed as one of the options. Yet, the app is what made me buy it. Otherwise it refuses to operate my wall mount door opener. They’ve done a really poor job with integrating these technologies, or at least explaining them
@Hardylifeoutdoorsreviews3 ай бұрын
Yea I mentioned in my video that I hadn’t figured out how to add it to MyQ either. I keep waiting for a MyQ update that adds it to the app. I do like having the light tied to my openers though.

Hey there! Great review! It was brief, but you pointed out some stuff that are the main questions, like how is it possible to adjust the set and its use with glasses. I'm considering buying them to study for long periods (nonetheless making some pauses), but I wear glasses. Do you believe these earmuffs may cause any pain, because of the pressure on the temples of glasses?
@rafaelcoradin66384 ай бұрын
Other question: have you ever tested them against barkings?
@Hardylifeoutdoorsreviews4 ай бұрын
I’ve never experienced any pain as a result of wearing these with glasses and I almost always have glasses on with them. Hope that helps. Jason
@berry_x0x02 ай бұрын
Hey! Even though this is a relatively old comment, I just wanted to add my experience. I wear them with my prescription glasses, and usually, they cause little to no pain due to them. However, my glasses have really thin temples. That's probably why.
@Hardylifeoutdoorsreviews2 ай бұрын
I tend to wear with sunglasses that are rather thick. Good to get another perspective. Thanks!

For inside my basement I save larger size metal cans, cut both ends off and duct tape two together to make a tunnel to insert sticky glue boards and place against wall in different places. I put a yellow stripe along one side to tell which side is up and to see if it's been moved. Keeps them cleaner longer and prevents something from accidentally getting stuck. Works great and can pull out board if mouse gets in or just throw whole thing away since made from old food cans anyway.
