Low competition in physics...If u are from any core branch u would get a rank far from 2500 in same Mark's even if the paper is moderate to tough.

My dear friend , physics is not an scoring subject, all exam related to physics have low cut off only and its parallel subject chemistry is scoring and its is always high, not only in gate, in iit jee, neet, gate, csir net exam , everywhere . Remember it's the same subject from which whole medical and half of non medical students r afraid of.
