Tbh Stalker Anomaly without GAMMA is more accessible at start would recommend that at first. GAMMA is like hardcore version :P

They’re adding easy anticheat which makes all clients of any kind not work. The community didn’t like this and spoke out on it. The devs didn’t care and rolled the update out.
