Very solid bluetooth receiver, but the built-in DAC was a bit too bright sounding for me. I pared mine via optic cable with a SMSL PS100 which is a very warm sounding DAC that sells for about $30.00. For around $70.00, ended up with a bluetooth setup that sounds way better than it should for the price.

You're wasting your money buying a Bluetooth that only transmits a single. Buy one that you can use to receive a single too. RX and TX is the route to go as it gives you more usage options.

Back in the day airlines used the two pronged headphone inputs setup to stop people from stealing their headphones. It also created an opportunity for them to rent out headphones because they knew yours wouldn't work with their system. It was a big money earner for them. Of course today you can buy an adapter and use your own.

How can I implement this into my car stereo. I have multiple amps and dsps being used. I am currently in search of finding a head unit that can use both LDAC & Aptx codecs but I’m having no luck. So I did some research into these receivers and it brought me to this product.

I have an older Craftsman as well, Model 917.255450. I just bought it and did a tuneup and it ran great but then it smoked a lot of white below the mower. Then I can start it but it dies when I engage the blade. Any ideas?

Great review! I've been looking at these to up the bluetooth audio connection range, have been using the MBT-RX and the PAC Fusion MS-BT1, both lacking decent range. I also use many vintage receivers. Ifi zen is just about perfect and kinda looks like a toy tank of sorts.

Was just about to pull the trigger on either the FiiO BR13 or the Bluedento B2 until I saw this review. Would you say this one sounds better than the two I mentioned? I'd be using the optical out since my receiver has a decent enough DAC. (For reference, I prefer a neutral and detailed sound rather than boosted lows and highs.) Thanks! I have one of these, and have had it and used it a lot for several years. I'd give it about 3 out of 5. It does a good job but over the long run, capsules start getting stuck in there and don't come out smoothly. Capsules can get stuck sometimes even when it's clean, like if there's a manufacturing thing and the capsules are 0.1% too wide. If capsules get stuck for any reason (especially if they're wet) they can be a nightmare to get out. It used to be I could wash/rinse it out and was good as new but even that doesn't work any more. The holes develop friction with time. Also it becomes very difficult to clean. It's hard to get into the corners and on the underside of the device. Don't get me wrong, it's a convenient tool and did me well for a while. AND IF YOU DO WASH IT OUT, DON'T USE FOR 24 HOURS, because you put the capsules in, they will get wet and stick to the machine and it'll be hell getting them out.
