My bumper was hanging on by a coat hanger 😭😭 took that off and tried to find the last screw that was holding my bumper together. Video was very helpful, it’s funny that I have to skip most steps though cause the parts are no longer there 😭😭😭

I can attest having gone through the fuel pump replacement process that took almost 2 months for the part to arrive. I was without a car for that period. Read the fine print on the conditions they have on the Hyundai Customer Care service trying to get a loan car. It was a very frustrating experience. You truly are at the mercy of the dealership and Hyundai customer support.

2:50 this is the first and only one video which shows that at this point its enough to change the bulbs. All other people tell it cant be dine without removing while trim (there are 2 torx hidden screws and couple of clips easy to break apparently). I do not understand them because at this point 2:50 you have clear access to the bulbs, just twist and turn like you dod so why everyone else not doing that?

My driveshaft is fixed now btw 😂 people keep thinking they bought a german built car but reality is its still a hyundai, in saying that it does have a good and bad side as parts are cheap and they are so easy to fix. And with you being in Aus you don't have to worry about problems after warranty as we support the N brand and will help everyone with repairs and upgrades as we find them

swift or i20?
@ioanliviu225 ай бұрын
Definitely i20n , just test drove both. Swift Sport is not bad as a normal car with more comfortable suspension, but it’s nowhere near as fun as the i20n wich is very firm and almost unpleasant on bad roads. The i20n seemed also way more car for the money. I’m getting it @the end of the month.

I recognize the american cheap paint job where complete layers can just pealed off. My 1968 jaguar S Type had the cheap (plastic) paint sprayed over the original car manufacturers paint with a sealing coat in between. It didn’t adhere at all and was already splitting due to the heat of the sun😄 The body panels weren’t as bad as on your jaguar. Don’t understand why you are mig welding without the the gas tip on? The gas will not protect your weld against oxidation!
@JBsoloman50006 ай бұрын
Wait so you had these problems because you modified something, or you didnt even get to do mods? Also reading comments, I have to wonder if these issues are somehow tied to right hand cars...
@futtocksgrange85306 ай бұрын
Yes it is, but the car is only a year old and very low km's...took it to dealer to be sorted and that's when I found out theres no decent parts network to support the car. If the car had been older and out of warranty I would have sorted it out myself. I thought Hyundai would look after me.

Great car...when it is working. We're having an epidemic of i20N fuel pump failures in Australia which has left myself and an ever growing number of other i20N owners with no car and currently no idea when they will be fixed. Head on over to Hyundai i20N owners club Australia to see for yourself. Hyundai is dragging its heels despite alot of pressue from a number of us.

Not only i20n, but also i30n has some issues in Australia. The reason that there are more issues than other country is that people in here don’t really complain to the company or dealership. Hopeless national stereotype😁

Mine is my daily driver and is close to 40000km and it has seen some laps on the Nordschleife. None of these issues occured to me. Only thing I dislike is that the red line between the rear lights isn't water proof and doesn't get replaced by warranty.
