As the realgar parts of it can quickly degrade to pararealgar (powdery substance) which is not something you want to accidentally inhale Note: Having a polish on it can slow down how quickly it degrades but it wont totally eliminate it. This also goes for any realgar and realgar + orpiment pieces.

About the blue goldstone - I've known it's synthetic for years, it's no secret if one looks up the info. Unfortunately, this is something that is sold everywhere in real mineral stores - there are many jewelry and tumbled stones (they even attribute different properties to them). In my country it is called aventurine (I know it has nothing to do with the green aventurine, I have no idea why it is called that). The label just says blue aventurine, brown aventurine, etc. Something similar with moonstone - it's sold everywhere in stores, but most of the time it's just what you showed at the beginning - opalite. In my opinion, it is very dishonest and on the labels it should say, that it is synthetic. About the malachite and turquoise - it is clear that in more than half of the cases they are fake. So-called turquoise at least has a chance of being a painted different stone, while malachite is usually just plastic.
