The only thing we really have to see in person is the front grill normally these are always way to thick but looks good from this! I have designed a 3D one for my miniarts instead of that again horror PE grills! Rest Looking good though

The markings NY ARNG are incorrect, it should have been NV-NG for the CH-54 Skycrane unit at the Reno-Stead Airport. Details matter.

I had an awesome experience at the 2024 IPMS NATIONALS show. The Hungarian lady did a great job!😅 (inside joke) She is such a professional and a delightful person.....very proud of her efforts.

Ironically, I'm putting down a wash on the interior and saw this. Mostly following the instructions, and it's quite an enjoyable build so far. After the wash I'll add the glass and close the fuselage!

So what colour do I paint the interior? The instructions do not say.

Yes they do. Look above step 1. Basic colour would be a bluish-grey, think haze grey for crew compartments and aotake for non-crew areas (bomb bay, inside the gear wells, inside walls of the engines.).

We were the first unit in the US Army to get it. I was at Fort Lewis Washington. Way back then. I will be getting one for sure. Keep it up! Love it.

This is what the interns do down at ICM to learn the solid modeling software. Beautiful kit but there are already options available from other manufacturers. We need a M901 ITV hammerhead, an M577 command vehicle, and M106 mortar carrier. These were VERY common vehicles in their day. Seems whenever someone does an M113 variant, they do some oddball crap that no one wants. We want vehicles that were used a lot. Its not a hard concept.

Мої думки в голос: чесно кажучи, як на мене, доволі специфічний набір. Хіба що якщо комусь кортить зібрати саме пікап. Так то китайці не сильно дорожчі, при тому що якщо вам не принципіально саме пікап, то якийсь бронко буде нажаль краще по всіх параметрах. Хочаб тому що він не буде на стільки голим. Або навіть академ чи тамія. Навіть тент зажали) Навіть на дах. Хочаб кенгурятник зробили, це у нас ще може через патріотизм хтось візьме, (вряд-чи різниця в 500 грн буде для багатьох вирішальною) але в Європі навіть цих двох переваг не буде. З усіма ввізними митами, падатками, і плюс магазини теж заробити ж щось додаткове мабуть мають, то там перевага в ціні розчиниться. Хоча, якщо ІСМ й не розглядали цей набір як в першу чергу комерційний продукт, а як просто простеньку, дешеву модельку, (а я впевнений що розробити абсолютно голий пікап зі 150 деталей, було дешевше ніж того ж козака з 430) щоб постачати їх по квотах в усілякі там дитячі гуртки, чи військовим може на якихось акціях роздавати, чи щось таке, і щоб зібрати це міг майже кожен, то тоді це вже більш логічно виглядає. В принципі новачкам теж ціна не те щоб аж надто дика в наш час. А от така простенька машинка буде загалом доречною. Мало прозорих деталей які дуже легко зіпсувати, не треба майже нічого маскувати. Можна не робити камуфляж. Можна український зробити. Або на приклад Ізраїльський, багато в кого вони є. Як би там не було, це лише думки в голос, якщо в ІСМ вийде все задумане, то й удачі їм. Власне, сам собі, і відповів на питання, для кого цей набір...)
