It can help soften your protein overloaded hair. Just note that acv is also a protein so remember to deep condition after you do this rinse

Hi So my wash day starts of with shampoo + conditioner (leave it for 5 min) + leave in What is the difference between leave in conditioner and curl cream? Which one is better for more defined curls... Is it okay to skip leave in condtioner and use a curl cream directly followed by gel? Or should i apply leave in followed by curl cream and then gel?

There is no need to keep the conditioner; just apply and rinse it off. If you feel like keeping something in then you need a hair mask for that. Conditioners are only meant to be applied and rinsed off immediately. its not necessary at all - during winter time it’s helpful to keep the moisture in. Or if you have to break your gel cast? its better to do it with a little oil than with your bare hands

Praise God! His mercies are new every morning! Having come to Christ almost 10 years now, today i feel a bit more mature in my faith and the biggest thing that has helped me is to be in the community, that is finding a church and a life-group, and bible studies to keep me on track (i tend to wander a lot) so if you have a chance to keep studying the Word of God, both personally and as a group, keep doing so 💙 His wisdom is so vast we won’t know everything in one lifetime😅 God designed it so … so that our human minds will forever be thirsty to learn more about Him😍

I was testing an Australian brand🤭 I wasn’t sure how it will turn out or how long it will last so didn’t want to share that off the bat BUT its been 3 days and my curls are still holding even in 97F high humidity- its a brand called “CROWN CURLY” they have a humidity gel 😋 that and their deep conditioner, I left it in

thats really odd; relook at your routine and audit your products again ill say (they don’t seem to be the right fit if this happens)
