New home designs are such shit, so cramped. Terrible lay outs on these show homes and the prices.. lol use mortgage calculator on 619,000 at 6-7% for first time home buyers hahahahaha. $3649 a month at just 5.14% (renewal price for current people) hahahahaha $4146 at 6.5%….. your fucking whacko hahahahahahhahahahha
