Tangkhuls , the leaders of nscn, are blood borthers of meitei. They are the guidance to all the politically formed so called naga . That means leaders of nagas are brother of meiteis. It is good meitei and naga are one. The enemy is kukis and thier supporters india and usa govt.

While Nagas are in mostly passive active tactics and strategic maneuvering as bargaining pivot with India and Burma (particularly one set of ethnic community from Manipur) but Kukis are historically denied, discriminated and persecuted in the region despite had some incredible contribution in battles between Bengal Nawabs versus Delhi's Mughals. Unfortunately nobody with full academic integrity and community agnostic factual research discovered that. Kuki struggle is basically existential/ survival collective strive (be it in Chittagong division of Bangladesh or Chin State of Myanmar or Kangleipak Manipur except Mizoram) Kukis were basically a peaceful community but they are being pushed to the wall. It is like standing straight after bludgeoned to the earth. Disclaimer: I am not anyway belong to either of the communities - but as research scholar trying to put the genuine third person bird's eye facts interpretation which is collected in the memory for last 30-40 years observing and following the Kuki Chin Zo populated perimeter comprising 3 countries and 3 generations. Unfortunately, there are lots of misconceptions and conspiracy theories afloat on Kukis in near exposed ethnic communities in all 3 countries. And most astonishing thing is in Kuki communities too they got edonymic pseudo theories about own identity. It is right that for agricultural fertility issues they had to shift from one place to other places in hills, valleys and jungles but they are definitely not from Afro Asiatic pool.
