Damn I’m sold I have the ultimate for my office chair since it’s leather and hurt my cocky bone my car I don’t drive and walk but be nice to put one of these in it we don’t get over 90f and when I have to drive for groceries etc! Awesome video thanks!

I have the original Joe Weider 007 power twister. The one Dave Draper used in magazines in the 60’s and 70’s. It’s still looks as good as the day I bought it. I don’t remember the resistance poundage it has, but it works great.

Does yours ever get dirty? Idk if I’m supposed to buy a new one or clean it. It’s hard to clean and not sure if the minerals that build up are bad to steam

use filtered water. Distilled is best. If your clean it use something natural like baking soda

Resistance training is key. Slow and controlled reps. 3 sets of 10,12 or 15 reps to start. I have the 88lb python twister and man is it hard.

@@emilymarett9826 I never thought about it that way; you've found a cheat code for vocal enhancement. I don't doubt it's at least somewhat effective for your voice especially for on the go. I'm just comparing it to a full-on steam room or humidifier.
